Full refunds on orders can only be processed if an order is canceled twenty-four (24) hours before the delivery date. A voucher equal to 100% of the order value will be provided if an order is canceled after the cancellation period but before delivery. Even after delivery, we will substitute orders with a voucher equal to 50% of the order value.
